BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Our prices reflect the experience, continuing education, and training of your stylist. In-salon consultations are required for all creative/corrective color, chemical, and hair extension services prior to booking.

If you are unsure of what services you'll need please email or text us to schedule a 15-minute complimentary consultation. Please include the following:

​

• Photo of current hair.

• Photo of inspiration.

• Hair history.

• Best day/times you can come in.

Without a thorough consultation in person, accurate pricing cannot be given. Base prices available here. A deposit may be required to secure the appointment which comes off your final bill.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

​

Due to the nature of our work, appointments, require our full attention and time. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.

​

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to a charge.

​

 

CANCELLATION/REBOOKING

​

We have a strict cancellation policy. You are able to reschedule so long as you give us at least 24 hours (1 day) notice. Anything within this period will result in a loss of deposit and a rebooking fee.

​

If we do not receive a notification, you will be charged 50% cost of the scheduled appointment and a deposit will be required for rebooking. Sorry, no refunds.
